All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us at durue.losangeles@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

If there is an error on our part, due to wrong size or damaged item, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to satisfy the issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Shipping

We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 5-7 to receive shipping confirmation.

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps or mailboxes are not the responsibility of Durue and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.

International Shipping

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 2-10 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.

Tracking your order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
